Overwatch On The Valley

This entire painting was inspired by the horned creature on the left. I was researching gazelles for a possible character design and was fascinated by their horns. Instead of a character concept, I decided to create a painting where a mysterious creature is only hinted at. The horns would absolutely remain the creature’s icon if I were to develop it further. Another goal of this painting was to create a calming night scene.
